We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, unused, with all original magnetic battery accessories, mounting hardware, and in its original protective packaging.

Damages and Defective Items (Free Immediate Replacement)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at office1@aircofox.ca with photos of the issue. We cover 100% of replacement or return shipping costs for any defective or transit-damaged item.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our support team at office1@aircofox.ca or call +1 (343) 553-7510. Once your return is accepted, we will provide the return instructions and receiving warehouse address. Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned parcel.
